Q: Do you fix it first visit? Do you carry parts?

A: Whenever possible. I carry as many parts as I can to fix the most common jobs in the first visit. This is the most economical use of both of our time. However, I do not carry every part for every machine. Also I  cannot in any way know for sure if something will be fixed the first visit, this implies a diagnosis has been made. I do not and cannot diagnose site unseen.
